In reply to: [The Events Calendar] “Events List” Gutenberg block not displaying on mobileThis issue still exists. I also verified if I disable all other plugins except The Events Calendar as well as switch from the custom theme to a built-in one such as Twenty Twenty-Two, the same issue exists. I’m also not seeing any errors in the devtools console when testing in Safari. I can provide you a link to the site, but not publicly. Do you have a way to share this privately?

The page shown in your screenshot doesn’t look familiar to me so I’m wondering if it’s been customized or perhaps coming from a different plugin. Just let me know and I’d be happy to try and dig in further.

In reply to: [Sign-up Sheets] Edit custom sign-up fieldsNeither the Free or Pro version allows editing of sign-up after they submit it. However, in the next version of the plugin (expected in version 2.2.9) the ability for admins to add and edit sign-ups will be released.
I’ve added your idea to the Wish List for users to edit their own sign-ups although I can’t guarantee when or if that will be included. If you are in need of this feature right away, just send your request through the Contact Form and I can look at providing a quote for developing this feature for you.

Can you confirm if you have a Sheet Date or Task Date set on that task where you tried to sign-up? Also, verify which timezone you have set in your WordPress general settings in your admin under Settings > General > Timezone.
The difference between the timezone set here and your local time is most often the reason I would see this error. Based on the Sheet or Task Date, they would expire at midnight on that date in the timezone set in WordPress.
If that doesn’t solve the issue, can you send me a copy of your site info to help me debug further?
- In your admin, go to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) then click the “Copy site info to clipboard” button
- Go to https://www.fetchdesigns.com/contact/ and paste the info in the message along with a note referencing this issue you reported

Hi Larry, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. This error was accidentally introduced with version 2.2.7 on all version of the Sign-up Sheets plugin (Free and Pro) and impacts sites running older version of PHP (version 7.4 and earlier). A fix for it was published the next day as part of version 2.2.8 so updating to that version should fix your issue. Please send me a message through the contact form and I’d be happy to try and get you back up and running.

In reply to: [Sign-up Sheets] Fatal Error when activatingPer my earlier direct email message I sent a beta version for your testing with a possible fix although I wasn’t able to reproduce this exact issue. I have also since released this with the latest version of the plugin which was just published, version 2.2.7.
A feature has been added which allows bypassing the older “migration” logic which is only valid if you have just upgraded from an old version of the plugin prior to 2.1. You can add the following to your wp-config.php file to bypass this…
define('FDSUS_DISABLE_MIGRATE_2_0_to_2_1', true);If you have any other trouble after upgrading to 2.2.7 and adding the line above, please let me know. Thanks!

I will look into trying to improve that so you aren’t accidentally blocked like that. Regarding the issue you reported, are you able to send your system information so I can try and debug further? You can find it in your admin under Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and then click the button that says “Copy site info to clipboard”. I would suggest sending this via email through our contact form and just reference this support post.
First, if you haven’t already you may also want to try deleting the plugin and try reinstalling it to see if that helps for any reason.

Sign-up Sheets is the original sign-up sheet plugin for WordPress. The PTA plugin was created by using a very old copy of my original plugin a number of years ago. I’ve also added numerous features and improvements since then so doubt they are compatible.

In reply to: [Sign-up Sheets] Page displayI haven’t been able to reproduce on my end yet. Can you verify how you have added the list to your page? You may want to try removing the content in that area and re-adding the shortcode. For some reason it’s being surrounding by a link tag, but it doesn’t look like it’s coming from the plugin as far as I can tell. If that doesn’t work, though, please let me know and I can take a closer look.
