Dear All!
As I see password reset link should contain login name too. Unfortunately password reset link, which sent by wp-members plugin, does not contain any login name.
It should look like this:
www.mywebsite.com/login?action=rp&key=[generated_key]&login=[login_name]
Please fix this issue.
