Hi Bob,
There is currently no feature or option in the plugin to accept payment. It does not integrate with PayPal or WooCommerce.
Hi ace,
Sorry for any trouble you’re having. I’m not sure about the business name, as that could be dependent on whether or not a Google My Business listing exists for that property, but, if the address is showing incomplete, that could be an issue stemming from one of your settings in the plugin.
It looks like the link you provided is either incorrect or incomplete. Do you think you could provide us with the link to your contact page, so we can see this?
Hi Chris,
I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to. Do you mean the image that you add in the plugin settings? If so, that is not for display on the front end. That is something Google requires that you provide for the search profile.
I’m very happy to say that we’ve been able to find a solution to this issue and have just released an update that should correct it!
Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. It was difficult to find the root problem because it was hard to recreate the setup that was causing the issue. I appreciate the info you guys have been giving. It helped to move us in the right direction.
Thanks to your replies, we were able to determine that it would throw an error related to booking-form.js if you had max reservations enabled and an exception set up. With that info, we were able to correct the JS error and determine that exceptions would not work unless you had max reservations enabled (which is also why an exception would work if you didn’t specify a time [i.e. it would correctly gray out the whole day], as some of you may have noticed). After that, we just needed to correct it so that it would work regardless of the max reservation settings. That led us to being able to release the update today with exceptions that work across the board.
Thanks again for your help and for sticking with us while we figured it out. It’s really important to us that you have the best possible solution for your site, and it means a lot to us to have your support.
Please make sure to update to the new version (2.0.9). And please do let us know if you experience any further trouble with this.
Hello @nylanderdk,
Could you provide the URL to your reservations page? Perhaps you can use some Custom CSS to solve this issue.
Yes exactly
Thank you for that. Do any of you happen to have the Business Profile plugin (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/business-profile/) also installed? And have you set up opening times in that plugin, or enabled multiple locations and set up different schedules for each location? I’m a little bit at a loss, because I can’t recreate this, but there seems to be something there affecting at least a few users. And that’s the only other thing I can think of at the moment, that maybe you have the Business Profile plugin enabled and there’s a conflict between what you have set up in each.
That definitely sounds like you’re just seeing the normal times because you’re logged in. November 28th is a Thursday, which, if you are logged in, will give you the regular Wed-Sat hours that you mentioned. Please try while not logged in, a different browser, different device, incognito, etc.
Thanks for noting this, and for your help Karen! We’ve just released an update that corrects the permissions issue regardless of the version you’re on or which add-ons you were/are using.
Thanks for the further information. Actually, it looks like it might have been related to the update yesterday and it depended on which of the previous add-ons (from before v2.0.0) that you had installed. Anyway, we’ve just released an update that corrects this permissions issue regardless of the version.
Hello @over777,
00:00 can only be an opening time, you have it set to a closing time.
11:45 PM (23:45) is the latest closing time you can choose.Could you set your closing time to 11:45 PM (23:45) and see if it makes a difference?
Hi mhopia and txclass1,
We just tested this on a couple of our development installs and the feature seems to be working correctly in the current version of the plugin. Just to be sure, the exceptions specify the time on a specific day for which your restaurant is open, not for which it’s closed. So, if you set the time of the exception for 7:00pm to 9:00pm, those will be the only time slots available for booking and the rest will be grayed out, not vice versa.
Also, try visiting your reservation page while not logged in to WordPress. There are a few features that admins can override, so that they can make quick updates to the bookings, if necessary.
That being said, we did release an update yesterday afternoon that corrected an issue with logged-in users not seeing blocked out dates on time slots that had hit their maximum number of reservations. Perhaps that was also having an effect on the exceptions.
Have you since installed the newest update?
Also, sometimes I’ve seen it where, even if you log out, the cache of your browser still shows you the results as if you are still logged in. Perhaps try looking at the form in an incognito/private browser window.

Yes, double opt-in is required. It is a legal requirement in many countries and it should definitely be used. There is currently no option to disable that and, while we don’t have any plans, at the moment, to integrate a way to disable it, we haven’t taken it completely off the table. That being said, in the past, Nate had written a small plugin to allow you to bypass it. Our testing indicates that it doesn’t work well anymore. You are welcome to download it from here: https://gist.github.com/NateWr/a32b6e5213c181e11980fa127e1e48c0 and give it a try. However, we cannot guarantee any functionality out of it, nor will we be able to make any updates to that plugin going forward.

The option says “below party size”, which means it will automatically confirm for anything below 1, which would mean 0. So, with it set to 1, it shouldn’t automatically confirm for 1.
