 * long gone I’m afraid
    have an it company I have used before who I have just called
   they need access to the FTP server – I presume I ask Fasthosts for that ?

 * thank you for clarifying that Andrew I really don’t understand this system only
   that my website – therefore my business is down right now

 * does anyone have a number or contact at wordpress
    the problem is obviously with
   this auto update my website is down and I am loosing business – I am an engine
   tuner not website guy so I really need some help on this – thank you .

 * this is the email I just received from fasthosts
