Hello,

Thanks for your suggestions.

1. Why do you use the Media Library as library for this plugin? Most sites has a lot of images in the media library which are not avatar related, so why not create a designated folder for avatars? – We have already noticed this improvement but it’s will be available in superb pro version which releasing on 28th august.

2. What is the purpose of the Library menu in the settings? So far I only get up my own chosen avatar (not any other files from the Media Library). – If you used media library to setup a custom avatar, you can remove it from here.

2. If a user downloads an avatar, will other members or new registrations be able to choose the same avatar? – I didn’t get your question exactly.

3. When is the Pro version coming? – 28th August, very excited to launch it.

Please use get_wp_user_avatar function and pass ID of the agent.

Extremely sorry for delay our side. I checked that and that’s true that we’re checking if gravatar exist or not. Do you want us to check this once in a day using cron job? or something you have in the mind?

This is very strange because uploading from front end is mostly liked feature of this plugin. can you please send me login for your test environment so i can debug it your end. there must be something which conflicting your side.

This’ll not affect your other part of the admin because we’re loading scripts only on the plugin’s own pages.
