I have tested it and made it working perfectly. Please make sure you have blocked the following script handler:
- wpgmp-google-api
- wpgmp-google-map-main

Hello,

Please check the Javascript Error console and there must be a Google Maps related Error if Add Location is not showing the Maps to choose the locations. Please check and let me know.

Hello,

That error comes when you have not inserted the Google Maps API key in the back-end of the plugin. API key is required for google maps api to work and its the only mandatory step.
