thanks for letting us know!
It would be very helpful, if you could send us some parts from the debug.log when the error occurs.
Therefore, you can easily use the Debug Log Manager plugin to show.
In case you don’t want to paste the log here, you can also send it directly to us via our contact form.
Also, please let us know what runs on your server: Apache? Nginx?
In best case, send us the copy of WP’s health status report

Well, the php notices are coming from your plugin so you are responsible to make sure this stops 🧐

well it comes from a library you used in your plugin, so hopefully you can either update it or find a way that your plugin does not produce those errors 🙂

FYI: We just recently took over the plugin from the previous developer who didn’t found time to work on it anymore. So we’re really trying our best to get familiar with the codebase as soon as possible and try to solve “old issues” like this.
You are welcome to provide more details about issues like this (e.g. via screencasts), this would help a lot.
