  • I have exactly the same problem. The wp-config.php is sitting exactly where it should be yet I get an error message that there is no wp-cong file.

    My troubles stated when I decided to upgrade. After no success i then rolled back to the backup…no luck even doing that. As my WP is fairly new I then decided to delete WP and start fresh. The same result…I can not see my WP.

    I have gallery2 set up on the same server in a subdirectory. It’s working fine.

    Like GamingDan I did the install exactly to the letter as outlined in the instructions.

    Here is an error message i got after the install.
