Actually the first hint was the solutions since I forgot to set my url as https:// in my General Settings. As soon as I updated it, sitemap showed correctly even without toggle on/off.
Also Google Search Console is not recognizing it succesfully.

[EDIT]: I just found out that adding them with https:// to google search console, everything works fine since inside each submaps all pages links are in https://
However I would like to know if there is a way to force Yoast SEO to create the map including all https:// links in order to avoid the manual procedure.
