This option is available pro version. in free version you can only give discount on products. you can purchase our pro version if you need to add discount categories wise.

if you are talking about var URL = “<?php echo FMEPCO_URL; ?>”; this one then you can remove that. this code was commented by mistake this is opened. you can remove or comment this code.
Its working with variable product i think there is compatibility issue with theme, please create a ticket here: http://support.fmeextensions.com/ our support team will fix your issue. 🙂

We have released our module latest version that is 1.0.3, in this version you can see the fields in admin section and as well as fields are sent in admin email when new user is registered.

This module not have any kind of effect on the checkout page, its clearly Registration module, this module have effect on Registration page, My Account Page, and in admin user pages, so the the issue you are pointing is not from our module.
