In reply to: White Screen – Multi-Site DashboardW3 Total Cache was the culprit. Network admin dashboard functionality has been restored but total cache really made a diff on the site and not quite sure what to do. I’m not sure if I should tempt fate and try and reinstall total cache (believing that the plug in update was the problem process and not the plug in itself) or switch to Super Cache, or find some other caching plug in. Any thoughts on this?

In reply to: White Screen – Multi-Site DashboardI should also mention that the site is hosted by Host Gator and the other option which is the easiest but I’m the least sure about would be to do a re-install of the latest version through the control panel. The issue I see with this is that it will install a non m/u version which is ok but I’m way over my head on being able to anticipate if the site would be functional at that point or not. Any thought on this would be also be appreciated.

The idea behind the plug in is great. It fills a functional gap that really should be addressed in an official WP release and why it hasn’t is a mystery to me. Anyway, I was super excited when I found it and what I will do is test it in the confines of an other domain and try to replicate the issue. Who knows what the cause might be but I’ll try and triangulate on the issue and report back. I would like to use it exclusively for all exporting requirements.

Thanks for the reply. It’s just embed code in the post. No fancy, dancy plug in that is in use. Just posted the embed code from YouTube directly into the post.

All I can tell you is that I ran the export process and when I imported it the embed code for youtube videos wasn’t there. I ran the same export process with the standard exporter and they were. This is my experience.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: On MY Website Images are not Displaying on Home PageOk the image just sh owed up. All I did is change it from left justified to right justified. I changed it back to left justified and it continues to display. Go figure. Frustrating and needlessly time consuming.
