It’s a RF blocking case for a laptop. It comes in 1 size 13 x 13 and a large which is the custom made per laptop dimensions and since there are so many different laptop sizes, I’d like to have the customer who wants a large to enter the dimensions they need so we can customize his order.

What was the resolution?
Downgrading is the answer for sure. That’s what I did. They I don’t believe did a very good job gathering requirements, or testing.
Ok great. Are there bug fixes as well? Such as the load more from category not loading? And what features are you specifically talking about. The custom url for landing page? Any others?
Ditto here. Have a thread below this one. I had to uninstall the stop using because of this issue. Waiting for a fix so I can get back on with bizness.

Looks like you’ve answered my question about custom url. Is there a downgrade version anywhere to download?

In a prior life I worked for a high end enterprise software development company and along with every release, we also published what is knows as a KBR, or Known Bugs Report. I would recommend you do the same. It sucks to waste so much time trying to figure this stuff out independently. As well it also sucks to have built a solution around an application such as yours that goes in the crapper because of a bug. You might want to take a look at your testing procedures to keep this from happening in the future. It’s one thing to develop new functionality that has bugs, it’s an entire other issue to induce bugs in known working functionality – because people expect that what was working without error before will continue to work after an update. Make sense?
