In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] ver. 5.45.0 breaks the siteAs I mentioned previously, I already tested this with all caching and performance optimization plugins disabled and the problem remained. Also, this problem doesn’t exist with version 5.44.0 of the plugin (even with all my caching and optimization plugins enabled) . Thus, it seems clear that there was a change made between 5.44.0 and 5.45.0 that contributes to this problem.
Perhaps there is a conflict with version 5.45.0 and some other plugin that I and the other posters all have in common. I tried disabling a lot of my plugins to determine any possible conflicts but was not able to find anything.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] ver. 5.45.0 breaks the siteWell, you might be waiting for a while because we are all rolling back to a version of your plugin that doesn’t break our sites. Here are a couple of screenshots from my staging site, though.
From single product page:

From reviews grid:

I’m not seeing any console errors, but it is clear that frontend.css (and maybe other stylesheets) are not loading for guest users for some reason. Everything looks fine when logged in.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] ver. 5.45.0 breaks the siteI cannot share a URL because I had to rollback to a previous version of the plugin to avoid presenting an ugly mess to my customers. In my testing, though (which including disabling all caching and performance optimizations on my site), it appeared that some CSS files for the plugin (frontend.css and maybe others) were not being loaded for users who were not logged in.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] ver. 5.45.0 breaks the siteI also had major style issues with 5.45.0 and had to rollback to the previous version. Interestingly, most of my style issues only showed up for guest users, not logged in users.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] “Show more reviews” has stopped workingI just tried disabling my optimization plugins (Perfmatters and LiteSpeed Cache) and cleared all caches and the problem remained. Your plugin used to work just fine on my site (and I have not changed my optimization plugins or their settings).
Also: I do not think the javascript of your plugin is being blocked, as other javascript functions work just fine, such as ajax loading of specific star ratings when clicking on a star level in the histogram. In fact, I just noticed that the “show more” button DOES work when I have filtered the reviews by star level in the histogram. The “show more” button is only not working on the initial, default display of all reviews.
Are you unable to reproduce this problem? If you can’t reproduce it, I’ll continue to explore possible conflicts with other plugins.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] “Show more reviews” has stopped workingNo, they are not showing up there, either. Additional reviews are not shown at all after clicking the “show more” button.

In reply to: [TaxCloud for WooCommerce] 8.0.0 exemption certificates very brokenThe latest update of the plugin has resolved the fatal errors, but adding an exemption certificate (either on the checkout page or the my account page) still does not work. My theme is GeneratePress. On the checkout page, I’m seeing this error for checkout.min.js:

In reply to: [TaxCloud for WooCommerce] 8.0.0 exemption certificates very brokenI decided to test what would happen if I just disabled the exemptions, but upon trying to save the setting, it generated a critical error WSOD. Saw this in my logs:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TaxCloud\\Exceptions\\GetLocationsException: error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: CApath: none

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Use for non-WooCommerce emailsYes, I’m referring to the comment notifications and any basic emails generated by other plugins. There is at least one other plugin in the repository that provides customized templates that seem to work with all non-WooCommerce emails, regardless of the plugin that is generating them. I like this plugin better, though, so I was hoping it would be easy to add that functionality to this one. 🙂
