Thank you for the update, now we’re getting closer to being able to use this in production!
I have updated to 1.3.1 and can now successfully mark files as clean!
We do however have one additional request, after the update ~9000 files was added to the watchlist and manually checking 1 page with 50 items per page as clean will take a long time. 🙁
I have manually updated the database, but I can see this being an issue when updating plugins and WP in the future.
There should be an option to mark everything as clean.
We will continue to monitor the development of this plugin and keep it running on our staging site for the moment.

I have not been able to reproduce this, over the course of 6 months there’s been 5 affected users which is not a great deal.
The comment record shows two duplicated rows
sensei_lesson_status(except for the commend ID).Deleting one of the duplicated rows does resolves the issue for the user, but not the root of this issue which is still unknown.
The site is upgraded periodically, none to my knowledge that would be the cause of this issue
Version 1.4.2 does not resolve this yet. Thanks for taking a look!
