In order to activate the plugin, it needs to be access our license server to insert your registration data but it cannot access because of cURL issue. Even if we disable those options, then you will not be able to use the plugin to add accounts because of API requests.

You need to register the domain when you install the plugin for the first time. If you have not done that, please delete the plugin from the plugins menu and install the plugin in the plugins menu again.
Now, you can register for the lite version.
