You are using an old version. Please update the plugin and try again.
Please go to WordPress > Plugins. Under the FS Poster plugin, you will see the update button. If there is no update button, there should be a check for update button https://prnt.sc/s7t7jb Click that button then the update now button https://prnt.sc/s7t81g
Please always use the latest version of the plugin.

Deactivate the FS-Poster Lite plugin.
Delete the plugin.
And then reinstall the plugin again.It will ask you to register first.

The lite version naturally has some limits. You can try the Pro version without any limits.

Please delete the account and add it again, if the issue still occurs, please go to the FS Poster logs tab and hover over the error button http://prntscr.com/ustb3d. So, it will show us the error reason, and provide some screenshots or upload screenshots to https://prnt.sc/ and provide the URL to us. For instance, http://prntscr.com/pyyksq

What social networks blocked your accounts?
FS Poster uses social networks’ official APIs to share posts. Social networks would not block you from using their API.
Please go to the FS Poster logs tab. If you get any errors, hover over the error button http://prntscr.com/ustb3d. So, it will show us the error reason, and provide some screenshots or upload screenshots to https://prnt.sc/ and provide the URL to us. For instance, http://prntscr.com/pyyksq
By default, the plugin shares the link of the post on social networks and they fetch posts from your website.

The lite version has the fixed custom message. You can customize the post message using the Pro version: https://www.fs-poster.com/feature/wordpress-auto-poster-plugin-with-custom-messages-feature

We ask for the email address for verification of the real users; otherwise, people might misuse the plugin.
You can go with the premium version to have all the features enabled and working as you need them.
