In reply to: [Enable Media Replace] Duplicate image before removing backgroundHi @adrianrus, thanks for replying so quickly, and considering this idea. I like the solution you suggested (I would prefer it toggled “on” by default, but others may not).
Alternatively, it could be a global setting. I suspect most people would not change this setting every time they process an image.
I’m looking forward to seeing this feature released 🙂 have a great day
Thanks Peter, unfortunately there’s no record of the blocks in Live Traffic. Thanks for the extra info and the offer to consult your QA team.
The Wordfence WAF has been switched off for 24 hours now, and almost all email notifications have been sent successfully. However, there are 3 that still timed out. Perhaps Kinsta’s firewall is still blocking some of the traffic.
Hi @wfpeter – thanks for your help with this.
I enabled Learning mode for the WAF last night, and it allowed me to send a few test emails successfully while in this mode. I left it on overnight, but when I attempted to send another test email this morning, the firewall blocked it. Turning the firewall off still allows me to send emails successfully.
I visited the Live Traffic page after the failed test, but I couldn’t see any recent blocks. It appears my host (Kinsta) has limited it to show security-only traffic, so I guess that’s the reason I can’t see the block. It’s not a cheap hosting plan, so maybe they can remove that restriction?
If I’m unable to identify the service that’s being blocked, what should I do next?
Edit: I guess the other question is why this has suddenly started happening after 6+ months.
Thanks again,

Ok, I think the solution would be:
- Setup a new Server in my Postmark account with type “Sandbox”
- Set these based on the ENV:
define( ‘POSTMARK_API_KEY’, ” );define( ‘POSTMARK_STREAM_NAME’, ‘stream-name’ );
Will that be enough?
Still don’t know what caused this, but I fixed it by putting the full path (from the server root) into the download folder field on the Settings page.
