I get a ”””’ in the area that should show address info, making me CRAZY! Not sure how to solve it, thanks

I have SOLVED this issue. If you are using the plugin for overall reviews about your site for service for instance and NOT on an individual product… Insert the shortcode as directed but make sure you UNCHECK the box “Enabe WP Customer Reviews for this page” It will STOP the duplicates. I use it this way and figured this out. Not sure if it will solve any others but this works..
