I’ve checked DHL Products and Participation Number in the plugin settings and only DHL PAKET GKP and DHL PAKET INTERNATIONAL gets populated by clicking on ‘Get Account Settings’ button. If I manually add the correct participation value for DHL Retoure (01), the error is still present:

I’ll contact DHL support then to check if REST API is active for DHL RETOURE ONLINE service.
