Hi – no I have used plugins to optimise the images etc

As we are a small business I had to do it myself but I am out of my depth and I think we will need to look at getting some of it outsourced like you say.

I think as I always developed our first site from scratch with frontpage and understood that – I assumed I could learn this too but its not the way.

I honestly think its theme related but they are telling me its not – its a paid theme too!

ive also done a reinstall of w3 and that has failed to help. It has now left the website totally blank to viewers if I leave the plugins enabled. So I currently have plugins called. plugins.deactivated so that people can see the site – but I am still unable to login etc!

And get the login type page but am seeing the website if that makes sense- but when click dashboard I now get this:

I can load it for another wordpress site – so its not my brower I don’t think.

Do steps 2 and 3 mean uplioading via the ftp etc?
