I read the link that you sent me and it seems that I have to install the Permissions plugin as well. I haven’t done that yet, but I will try it.
I made the next test: I set a user the Shop Manager role and I found that the only way to access the coupons is by enterting by hand the url domain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_coupon
Also, the Marketing options is hidden as well (domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=/marketing), but if I type the url, I can access that section.
So, my guess is that there is a trouble with the display of the menu, not the functioning. Maybe I have to set an extra permission so the option is displayed on the menu?
