I have been using ALD for more than a week, for two or three days of use it worked but after that it turns out that it does not show me the option to import products or when I start to import products one by one a red bar appears on the right side of the screen ‘not found’. I have tried to solve this problem for a week but nothing, I deactivated it and re-activated the plugin I still have the same problem, I have tried to contact Support but I have not received a response, and most of all I paid 34 usd for this plugin and I am not having results as I expected. I hope I can solve this problem with your help.
