I just deactivated Jetpack (yet again), reactivated it and connected to WordPress. All seems OK again – so far. MAGIC!abletec – sorry if I kept you up late. This is my first experience of WordPress having only started about 2 months ago and I can only say I am extremely impressed at the level of assistance for a free product.

Anyway, as stated in previous post, still have same problem with ALL plugins disabled.
When u say ‘that could be problematic’ – what is ‘that’? – theme? or revert to old vers.?
Not using any adaptive tech. I can’t really disable all plugins coz one is our reservation system – part of the theme and reason why we chose it.
What’s the process to revert to v 3.7.1? – That works.I am desperately trying to get some new media uploaded. Have copy of 3.7.1. If I ftp that over existing files do you expect I will encounter any problems?

I am using Soho Hotel Responsive theme. I disabled ALL plugins and still have same problem. Can’t add media – anything! When I disabled Jetpack then reactivated all worked OK – ONCE ONLY. When I deactivated WordPress SEO, same thing – all worked ONCE ONLY then reverted to problem.
I can’t change theme now.Just tried IE10 and Chrome 31.0.1650.63 – same problem
P.S. I meant to add that I have tried turning laptop off/on several times but still have the same problems each restart.
Hi abletec, sorry not used to forums. I am using a Samsung laptop running Win8. Browser is FF 27.0. Nothing special about my environment – using Yoast SEO as mentioned. All was OK until I upgraded to 3.8 and then restarted laptop yesyerday. As mentioned in previous post, all was ok again when I started the laptop this morning and edited a page but after navigating away from that edit I can no longer switch between ‘text’ and ‘visual’ nor can I view/access the SEO information. URL is http://www.poncesuiteshotel.com. Hope this helps. I am thinking of re-installing 3.7.1- any reason why I should not?

Having a similar problem. Had problem last night where I could not switch between ‘visual’ and ‘text’ views of pages. Also Yoast SEO features are not available. Turned on the laptop this morning and all was OK – for one page. Then problem has returned. How can I go back to the old version?

Managed to reduce the errors from 107 to just 12 – some of which it transpires, appear on the original page. Anyway, my problem now is that the calenders do not show when I click on a datepicker. After looking at the code and the messages in console, perhaps I should reconsider approach!
What I ultimately want is the ability for the visitor to enter ‘Check-In’ and ‘Check-Out’ dates on most pages with the datepickers in either a sidebar or page column and this data stored in session. Any thoughts on whether I should pursue with what I have or start fresh? If the former, why don’t the calenders show?
