  • Shyzersaid: I’m getting the same message after upgrading except I get it when I’m trying to mass delete published posts. If I try and delete each post one by one (ie, click the post as if I was going to edit it and then delete it from that screen), it works fine. But mass deleting is giving me that error.

i have exactly the same error!!so annoying..thisis like a jurrassic age feature not to be able to mass delete. before fixing or modernizing WordPress, these should be the VERY BASIC feature!mass delete drafts..

same problem..what should one do to include the video?

this is exactly why i hate RSS. I think he wants to scrape content. Is there a way to disable RSS in a ww.wp.xz.cn blog. as in obliterate RSS. I don’t want it. i don’t think RSS helps in anyway, esp. if you’re monetizing a blog..pls. help..thanks in adv..

me too. but i want to disable RSS in everything in my blog, from posts to commetns. i don’t find RSS useful at all. In fact, it only caused an excuse for thieves to steal content from me. Plus, readers don’t get to visit your site..for me, i don’t find any advantage in RSS. what to do in not getting RSS for my site?

yes, to upload images when writing post, i have it set to 755 file permission, even to 777 but it still cannot upload. error msg.saying is your server writable…my readers are saying too that they cannot see any image in a blog post that i just described, so they assume there is an image, which i do in almost all blogpost..

my host recently moved my account to a new server and that’s when this thing happened with file permissions. thing is, my host and me is not in exactly in good terms, as they try to upsell me a VPS plan as they say my blog overloads their server, so i am left to my own devices with no tech support…pls..help..tia

apparently, the link you provided all have unresolved topics..that is why it has been asked 1000000000 times..

i also have the exact same problem and no solution yet..tried everything that link provided…

i have exactly the same problem..i cannot ask my webhosting co. a local one because they are even trying to kick me out because my blog according to them overloads their server and i don’t want to upgrade to VPS. But i don’t think they will try to deliberately block me. they have been really helpful and i am just too ashamed to bother them since its true that their server overloads because of my blog.

now, back to the problem which i try to troubleshoot myself, to no positive results. The webhost said they moved my database and files to a brandnew server where i am the only one using it, despite my account being shared hosting. So when they move, problems started with the file permissions, and suddenly, i cannot upload images. i tried everything those mentioned procedures, including the links, above, no success. i even tried 777 in all files, i still cannot upload images..pls.help me..tia
