 * I have tried doing this – I created a clone of my website and I disabled ALL 
   plugins except Contact Forms 7 and also changed my theme to Twenty Twenty-Four
   but I am still getting the same issue while testing the form in incognito mode.
 * It allows me to submit 1-2 times without issue but after a couple of attempts
   it just gives a loading status icon next to the submit button.
 * Could this be a setting/ option that GoDaddy (my website host) is providing to
   prevent spamming of the forms?

 * Thanks for your response. I installed Storefront and it all worked fine. I think
   put Astra back on and it’s working again.
 * Do you think activating Storefront may have refreshed something within the backend?

 * Thanks for getting back to me.
 * I have tried changing my theme to twenty twenty-five but I don’t know how to 
   make it display my categories. It shows products, not the categories.

 * its sounding like something has fallen over somewhere… Which is weird because
   my tests all worked ok prior to adding the 100ish users (I just launched the 
   website).
 * the contact us form is Contact Form 7… The other emails that aren’t working are
   being triggered by either WooCommerce or WordPress. I’ll do some testing to figure
   out what is causing the issue.
 * Do you know if there is a log somewhere to tell me what emails have been “sent”
   so I can confirm that the website has attempted to queue them?

 * interestingly, I just received an email from the Contact Us page, so the website
   is still sending emails

 * i added a new user and tried a reset password email and didn’t get the email 
   for either.
 * I find it weird that it did work and now it’s now….
 * if I instal a SMTP plugin, will any of the previous emails (that may not have
   been sent) be sent?

 * Thanks for responding.
 * I have recently been able to add products to my cart and proceed to checkout 
   without issue. I don’t know what has changed between posting that and now, however
   it seems to have worked itself out.
 * Next time I experience this, I will grab the logs you have requested and post
   them to you.
