Ok, I think I’m all set. With w3totalcache, the culprit seems to be the Minify settings. After making some trial and error changes, I got the calendar working if I change their JS Minifier option to Narcissus (JSmin is the default, and the google closure options didn’t work either).

Thank you! I found the issue, appears to be a problem with the w3 total cache plugin, the second I disable it, the calendar version starts working.
I’ll do some digging and see if I can find a setting tweak there to keep things working.
