I am thinking that https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/fluent-boards/ could work for us but I just not shure so I need some direction on this issue.

I just did that and now I get the same thing and I will have to contact support again to get it turned off so the site will work again. This is not looking good for your plugin.
