I tried several times and it seems uploading correctly.

Maybe the issue will happen if the user upload large files and it cannot attached to the order.

For further investigation I’d like to check if there’s error.log or debug.log inside your /wp-content folder.

If possible, can you create a sample product or coupon (100%) that disabled the payment gateway so I can proceed to the checkout?

I tried to check your site and it seems you are using the default file upload.

Can you check if you set the limit in [mfile] shortcode? like this for example: [mfile upload-file-433 limit:20971520] 

Also, try to deactivate the Wordfence security plugin and see if this cause the issue, maybe there’s a firewall that blocks the ajax request or something.

For 5MB above I would recommend to resize the image and set the quality (plugin settings) between 75-80.

Our plugin not integrated with ShortPixel but I think you can still use ShortPixel as they have better option to optimize the image, maybe you can do it manually via WordPress media library.

1. Our plugin only optimize small files like less than 3-4 MB, as large image will take time to optimize and could affect the upload process, but you have an option to adjust the quality to reduce the file size.

2. There’s an option on our plugin settings where you can add WxH (ie:1300×1300)

3. Yes, the original file will be replaced by the resized one, but we do offer an option to retain the original file
