Thank you for your suggestion.
I tried uninstall the WordPress and reinstall.
Then, the obstacle has been resolved.
I clean installed “Download Manager”, but still “SELECT FORM SERVER” button is not appear.

Hello!
Thank you for your advice, but still I have problem.
Now, I use right side Download Manager button, when I upload the file.
But, I found different error,
like here “http://cl.port-sanko.jp/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/WP-Q20220623DownloadManagerProblem003.pdf”
And other Question.
How can I install the “SELECT FORM SERVER” button?
