To clarify, if a customer is directed by an affiliate link to our main site (www.bokashiliving.com) but makes a purchase on our sub-directory site (www.bokashiliving.com/ca) will the affiliate be credited with the sale (assuming they are registered as an affiliate on both of our sites).
Similarly, if a customer is directed by an affiliate link to our main site and visits the sub-directory site, then returns to the main site to make a purchase, with the affiliate still be credited with the sale?
Hopefully that makes a bit more sense!

One final question, if customers move between the two sites before making a purchase, will the original affiliate still me credited with generating the sale?
