I have updated to v1.4.7 and previously mentioned problems seem to have been fixed. PMS is working in desired manner on my WordPress.

Really appreciate the quick fix to the bug in v1.4.6.

I downloaded version 1.4.5 from http://www.wpmeta.org/plugins/paid-member-subscriptions/
