In reply to: Images not showingYeah we have gone through the logs. There is nothing unusual. The server is an IBM X3500 M4 with a Xeon 12-core 2.6GHz processor. It has 32GB of RAM.

In reply to: Images not showingAlso, we have checked the site with IE, Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. The issue has happened intermittently with all browsers, but seems to show up more in Firefox for some reason.

In reply to: [Cool Video Gallery] Playlist doesn't showThanks for the update. That is a step backward in my opinion. It makes this software pretty much unusable. I believe a lot of users won’t even know the playlist exits on the control bar.
Is there a way to revert back to the previous version to restore that functionality and if so can you tell me how? If not I guess I will be looking for a new solution.
