I tried doing it. I think I did it right, according to whatI saw elsewhere, changing ports number in httpd.conf, and httpd-ssl.conf, and the problem is still the same. Same error, with the same number.
Okay then.
I find this quite strange, because every other plugin I used had no problem being activated offline… I hope there won’t be no problem with the site going online.

I am using the google analytics by Yoast plugin.
Also, I’m currently working on the website with xampp, on my own computer. Maybe that could matter here ?
