Also i am now using W3 Total Cache which you can find in the plug ins search
I cleared my Cache for both chrome and IE, also on top of the admin page (dashboard) a link appeared and said to clear “page cache” which i did, this has appeared twice when im adding a new post and the problem seems to have cleared up so far anyway
