If anyone wants to download an old version like 3.0.9, please go to https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/gs-logo-slider/advanced/
– Scroll down to bottom
– Select 3.0.9 & download
– Delete the latest version
– Now install the old version 3.0.9

Hope it’ll help for the time being.
