Hey again Rui,
Disregard the last post, I added the CSS you sent me into the custom CSS in WordPress instead of the custom CSS in the actual Mobile Menu plugin and bam, it worked. So both sites are up and running perfectly now on mobile.
I can’t thank you enough for all the help!
Cheers…
Hey again Rui,
So as mentioned, that CSS you sent me for the site seemed to work perfectly, although that site was a sub-domain of the main one which has the same issue. I thought that adding that CSS you sent into the separate WP Mobile menu plugin would work for that one as well, but it didn’t and it is still doing the same thing. is it possible that you would need a different custom CSS for that one? The site is the same as the sub-domain without the taskflooring in front.
Thanks again!!
Hi Rui,
No need to send ya a screenshot, that CCS you sent me worked perfectly and everything shows up now!!
Your the best, thanks so much for the help and super quick responses. I will make sure to give you an Awesome review on here 🙂
Cheers….
Hi Rui,
Hmmm weird. I’m not sure then, is it possible that it is just my phone? I looked for any other settings in my WP theme and could not really find anything that sticks out. I do have some CSS code that I entered to disable animations on mobile as I’m not really concerned about having them on mobile devices.
I tried deactivating Mobile menu and again, all the widgets or parts or the site that are animated in Elemantor came up on my phone, although they were not showing the animation because of the CSS code I added. Then, when I purged the cache again and re-activated Mobile Menu, the same thing happened – the first widget that is animated comes up (the spec part with the check mark underneath the main picture) but the other ones that are animated in Elemantor just show blank or white spaces. All the un-animated widgets in Elemantor do show up though. One weird thing is that if I just let my phone sit for a while on the page, maybe like 4-5 minutes or so, it seems that sometimes the animated widgets start showing up!
Since the issue goes away when I deactivate Mobile menu the only thing I can come up with is that it is the plugin that is causing the issue? Should I maybe send you a screen shot to show you exactly what is happening?
Thanks again for your time, much appreciated 🙂
Hi Rui,
Thanks for the quick reply!
Yeah, I upgraded to 2.6 shortly after I created the post last night when I noticed that it was available. I purged the cache using WP Super Cache and changed Mobile menu to Slideout Over Content with no changes on my end but you can take a look when you have a minute.
Thanks again!
