Sorry for late res once,You can clean your error log, add an attachment and see what errors do you get at error log,
This issue is not related to wpForo it’s about your server, I recommend contacting the person who has set up your website server, as he should know what settings he has set for it.

wpForo is integrated with BuddyPress and has options for BuddyPress: you can find them at Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features Tab- BuddyPress Activity Integration
- BuddyPress Notification Integration
- BuddyPress Profile Forum Tab Integration
I’m not familiar to BuddyBoss, you can try to activate BuddyPress features mentioned above and try the emojis.

Go to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug > Tables, you should see there are No Problems Found in Database or it shall show that you have problem in the database if there are problems press the fix button.
