I have checked your website and found out that there is a plugin or script which requires to fill Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, VKontakte, Twitter, YouTube fields, without filling them the page cannot be saved.Forum: Plugins

I guess this is a cache issue,
If you have cache plugin installed on your WordPress, please exclude wpForo from the cache plugin. Check the below FAQ Topic About cache plugins and how to exclude wpForo from them:

wpForo has wpForo User Profile & Notifications widget, you can manage the widget and hide all of its options except notification bell, and insert it in your header or where you want if you have a sidebar the needed place.I would like to know if you plan to integrate with “WP Notification Bell” plugin.
I’m sorry, but we are not planning to integrate that plugin with wpForo. How you know wpForo has its own Notification Bell, which was added in 1.7.0 version:

Go to The user Profile Page(in wpForo), press on “Dashboard Action”, select “Delete in Dashboard”, check “delete all wpForo Content” and press Confirm Deletion, by this way the user and all its data will be removed.You can bulk delete the posts and topics in Dashboard > Forums > Moderation > Published, Use the User Filter to find that user Topics and Post and delete them.

the provided screenshot is not working.
Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets and remove the widget you have in your sidebar, check all the sidebars to be fully confirmed that there is no other widget left.
After doing that, check the below screenshot, where you can see how to set the forum full width.

You can restrict your User from creating topics by Forum Accesses,
Go to Dashboard > Forum > Settings > Forum Accesses Tab, Edit the needed Accesses and disable “Can create topic” checkboxForum: Plugins

I have searched a lot to find a solution on what you are asking,
and found out that It’s not only CSS work there to do, there must be done theme customization which need PHP and WordPress Coding Knowledge, I’m sorry but I cannot help you with the theme customization.
