I reinstalled the plugin; deactivated it; then deleted it from the plugin list which removed all the settings and related data. I don’t quite understand how I can use this suggestion to fix the issue. If I load the plugin initially I can get to the area you reference, but if I logout of the session and then attempt to login I successfully get to the dashboard but any admin menu option I click on sends me to the home page. Mautic 3 was released in May of this year with many system improvements. The connect screen just says that the credentials are invalid when I attempt to configure the connector. On the Mautic side API is enabled as shown on the screen shot you sent, so that doesn’t appear to be the problem. * Perhaps I’m doing something wrong, but I have other WP plugins that are using OAuth2 integration and it works perfectly. That said, I much prefer WPMU DEV approach for securely connecting because my experience with many oauth2 apps require a token refresh after some duration, just a pain point for my use case. * In any event, I couldn’t find any guidance online on what I needed to do to setup Mautic 3 to successfully connect Hustle. I even went so far to create security& user roles for API in Mautic 3 with no success. As a security measure most experienced WP managers never present the WP-admin path for login. I’m glad that you figured that out but a little surprised that your coding didn’t consider that for updating. I will test this and let you know…LOL..after I hack into my sites to disable the version of mini-orange causing the issue. Google 2 factor authentication now fails with the exact same plugins I had previously on WordPress after I updated. The Forgot phone backup KBA questions will not even display. It makes perfect sense that it must exist somewhere, but I have looked in places where I think it might be but wrong each time i check. I have 2 websites both use WordFence and one of these uses woo commerce. On the site that has the woo commerce theme fastcache works perfectly.
