I was thinking about the same matter a couple of months ago.
I did some search, but didn’t come up with anything useful, only CSS modification.

I would love to know if we are able to actually edit the forms.

Were you able to solve this issiue?

I have version 2.0.43 of the plugin and I keep getting this error.

Thanks @jbwebdes , that was what I was missing! I hadn’t set these mails to be enabled.
