I’m sorry for not explaining it clearly.
What I mean is that I have already purchased a Greenshift license and need to activate it. However, after installing the Greenshift plugin, the “License Manager” option disappeared from the plugin menu/list, which prevents me from activating the plugin by entering my license key.
I downloaded plugins such as “GreenShift Advanced Animation Addon” and “Greenshift Query and Meta Addon” from the official website, then uploaded and installed them on my website.
After installation, the plugin management page shows the following message:
“Please enter a license to receive automatic updates. Enter License.”
However, when I click “Enter License”, the system shows this error message:
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
