I did and they said the error was beyond their scope – here is what they said:
The error log for this domain includes several repetitions of the following lines:

SoftException in Application.cpp:240: File “/hsphere/local/home/lostquil/purposefulgift.com/wp-login.php” not readable
This error indicates a problem running the scripts included in the WordPress login page.
Troubleshooting site code is beyond the scope of WSS tech support, but these sorts of issues can often be caused by an issue with an installed plugin or by an issue with the .htaccess file.
I don’t really understand what that means, besides they couldn’t help me and I’m still locked out.
