    Kindly note that this issue was resolved only after I went online to write a review as I tried everything they recommended and the product did not work.

    Yes I made a back up via the free version, and then needed to upgrade in order to be able to use the back up as it was to big. It kept pausing at 60% no matter how many times I tried. As such I paid for a product not working. I immediately emailed them and I received the same feedback over and over which also did not work.

    So it was not a matter of not following instructions, their software is not compatible with all hosting sites.

    I eventually received my refund after writing this complaint and only then they asked for more information i.e order number etc. Their response for 2 days was “Sorry we do not give refunds” even if their product doesn’t work as stated.

    It is shocking that a legitimate issue is not handled with more care and caution and being prioritised to get investigated before copy and pasting from a script.

    I keep on getting the same answer – how to do it manually? Did I pay for the upgrade to import bigger files to receive instructions google provides for free?

    I did not pay $69 to do something I could have done without buying your product.

    The fact is it stucks and then after a while gives me a failed message.

    As such your product is not working and I want my money back, I dont know how to better explain to you that I paid for something which is a complete ripp-off and not working. Would you be happy to have paid for something and then it is not working and then just get told the same thing over and over, with no one willing to assist you and give you a refund?

    I did not need the upgrade to make a back up, only to make the import to the website from an earlier date. But that cannot be done so I expect my money back?
