 * Thank you so much! Had no idea it was such a simple fix after spending hours 
   trying to research what the problem could be. I should have come to the forums
   from the beginning.

   response. Yes, I do have the Jetpack plugin active for Mobile Theme…
 * Not sure if this helps but when I chatted with the BlueHost WordPress rep I got
   this response for why a few other pages weren’t showing the active theme on mobile
   devices (previously only the Contact page was showing correctly using Canape 
   mobile theme on ipad/mobile):
 * 4:53:54 PM SC Oh really? Great! What was the problem?
    4:55:02 PM SC I just checked
   my ipad and mobile phone. I’m still seeing the different responsive theme being
   applied to different pages 4:55:11 PM Prajna J File permission for wp-config ,
   File needs to have 0644 and folder 0755
