In reply to: [Advanced Bootstrap Blocks] Button labels not editableHi @tmertz,
To change the text inside the button you should be able to click and directly select and edit the text within the button element itself. If this isn’t working, can you let me know what web-browser and WordPress version you are working with?
Thank you!

In reply to: [Advanced Bootstrap Blocks] troubleshooting@hindiscitech can you confirm which version of WordPress core and Advanced Bootstrap Blocks you have installed? Also, are there any errors in the browser console?

In reply to: [Advanced Bootstrap Blocks] TypeError: onCopy is not a functionThank you for trying Advanced Bootstrap Blocks and for reporting this issue, @pixelhuset!
After manually testing in Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Edge I’m not yet able to recreate the issue (beginning with a fresh installation of WordPress 5.5.1 and ABB v1.14 installed through the plugin directory.)
If you can help me isolate the problem I’d be happy to help get this resolved. Based on the information you provided I have a few questions:
What web browser and operating system are you using?
Does this occur in all web browsers?
Do you have any browser extensions installed? Thanks again,

In reply to: [Advanced Bootstrap Blocks] Using .modal or .collapseHi @earthwormjimjones, thank you for the positive and critical feedback. It’s very helpful to know how you’re using (or trying to use) this plugin.
Greying out the contents of block instead of entirely hiding the element sounds like a reasonable approach to the problem and I think this change can be included in the next update to ABB. I will leave this issue open and reconnect when this is ready for review. Thanks again!

In reply to: [Advanced Bootstrap Blocks] AccordionsGood idea, @bnikkhah. I’ll put this request in my queue and let you know when the accordion component is available. Thank you trying Advanced Bootstrap Blocks!
Hi @siteussia, v1.3 is now the latest and no longer includes extraneous (wordpress-generated) classnames on _new_ advanced-bootstrap-blocks. For existing blocks, the
wp-block-advanced-bootstrap-blocks-*classes will persist, but are now exposed through the editor interface and can be removed without issue. Please let me know if you run into any issues here.Joe

In reply to: [Advanced Bootstrap Blocks] TypeError: Cannot add property className@gillespieza not sure if you’re still interested in this fix. If you are, I think the latest (v1.3) should resolve the SVG-related errors for you. I’m going to mark this as resolved but please feel free to re-open if this/these errors noted above persist after updating.
Thank you,

In reply to: [Advanced Bootstrap Blocks] TypeError: Cannot add property classNameHey @gillespieza, I appreciate you getting back to me here. Unfortunately I am not yet able to reproduce the issue–running WP 5.3.2 in Chrome 81.x (latest release) on Windows 10.
Do you have any browser extensions installed/enabled which could be interfering? Along these lines, installing the “React Dev Tools” browser extension for Chrome may be able to provide more information about the underlying cause.
If you haven’t already, you might try deactivating/deleting the plugin and re-installing the latest.
I’d be curious to know if this happens for you in other browsers (firefox or edge?) Of course, since this isn’t working for you at all, I’m grateful as it stands for the info you’ve already provided. At least this lets me know there’s something to work through moving forward.
Thanks again,
Joe@siteussia, thank you for your patience here.
A new (beta) version of Advanced Bootstrap Blocks is available for review. You can download a copy of this plugin from the “Advanced” tab of the plugin homepage, or click this link directly:
https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/advanced-bootstrap-blocks.1.3-beta.zipv1.3-beta removed the default classNames from all _new_ blocks, and exposes the original classname for any existing blocks. This release also “fixes” the order of classnames to now render as
class="container bg-dark text-white"instead ofclass="bg-dark text-white container".Unfortunately, I haven’t found a graceful way to remove the default classnames from existing blocks without causing these blocks to initially break in the editor. This would then require content-creators to “Attempt Block Resolution” (or save the page and hope for the best.) My tests with this approach were wholly successful, but I don’t want to give the few people who may rely on this plugin a heart-attack/headache.
I’ve also gone back to WordPress 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 and tested the plugin. A breaking change was introduced between 5.2 and 5.3 has been resolved, and the plugin now appears compatible back to WordPress 5.1.
Please backup your website before testing. Otherwise, thank you for your feedback and please let me know if you see any major issues here or if there’s anything more I can do to make working with Bootstrap/Wordpress easier.

In reply to: [Advanced Bootstrap Blocks] TypeError: Cannot add property classNameFor posterity, this seems related to an existing issue:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/inserting-any-advanced-bootstrap-blocks-results-in-error/However, the person who reported the bug hasn’t followed up and I haven’t been able to recreate the issue in my own environments, but am definitely eager to get this resolved.
