Ok if someone has the same problem, I found what I did wrong :
In the mobile app I entered my domain name (where my website is) only with https:// and actually you have to enter the subdomain name with www (which redirects to my website)…

Yes I created a custom page with shortcodes.
So if I understand what you said, it means that even if I disable wp-login.php, my customers won’t have troubles to log in their account using wc my-account page ?
That would be nice, can you please confirm ?
