 * Can you provide the solution? I have a similar problem, showing the custom fields
   in the grid layout. Can’t get it to work with
 * `<?php $this->display_data_fields($event); ?>`

 * Had the same problem, plugin was deactivated.
 * Solution was to upgrade the PHP version from 5.6 to 7.3. Then I was able toe 
   reactivate the plugin and everything works fine now.

 * Any update on this from the developer(s) side would be appreciated. Also tried
   to contact through the ‘Get Help’-button on their website but after 2 weeks still
   no response. 🙁
