It was probably poor wording. Whenever it was sending out the email to welcome a new user, the password field was blank. I removed the “password” header from the test excel document and it started sending the welcome email with the automatically generated password, which is what I wanted. So everything is great. The app did exactly what I needed it to do, it was user error. I’ll be rating it right now! Thank you Javier.
for some reason I can’t edit my own post… which is odd. But I did figure out the password issue. Is there a way though to use the default email instead of having to do the customer email? When the users receive the custom email it shows the login URL, the username, but the password field is blank when doing the automatically generated password.
