@vmarko Where do I find wp-content on my dashboard to delete the cache folder?
Also, if the issue is what @optimizingmatters described, what can I do to try to fix that issue?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Website Updates Won’t Show Up For OthersI can try it, but the thing is that it’s been several instances, both in our organization and outside.
It’s been a couple different updates, but an example is that we have a gala event page and on that page we list all our sponsors as they come in. I’ve been updating the page daily, but co-workers have looked and can’t see the updates and sponsors have called us saying they can’t see their names.

The problem actually seemed to start when I emptied the caches the way I described earlier (Settings>Empty Cache on Page Cache, Object Cache, etc.). Did I do it the wrong way or…?

I can try clearing it again. To do that, I just go to Settings on the plug-in and select ‘Empty Cache’ for the ones that give me the option, correct?
Or do I ‘Save Settings and Purge Caches’ on each one?
