The plugin can either display German or Italian. Maybe the creators of the multilingual plugin have a hint on how to use the same plugin with different settings for each language.

the plugin works with english, spanish and german WordPress installations. You can choose the prefered Wiki in the Settings to use the plugin with http://hurraki.org/english
